We place great importance on delivering high-quality legal solutions in the following areas:

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU?
One of the founding principles of the firm is that we feel that most firms are a little alienated from their clients and their clients’ businesses. We aim to be different. We understand the financial imperatives of running a business and want to assist you in getting to resolution of matters without simply running up costs.
Both Anya & Denis are accredited mediators, and are thus able to offer a simple solution where it may not be practical to sue, in the form of mediation. We will arrange a meeting of the parties involved, and agree a way forward to settlement of the matter. This is not always successful, but is a very tidy way of dealing with matters that should not be litigated in Court due to the quantum of the claim.
In addition to the above, we offer a skilled debt collection service, whereby we are able to take a debt collection matter all the way to trial should it be necessary. We will always seek a costs order to protect our client, which means in effect that our client will recover a portion of their legal fees from the debtor.
Furthermore, when settling a matter once litigation has commenced, we will ensure that your rights are protected, seek to make the settlement an order of Court (as we would with a mediation agreement) and will always seek to clarify the issue of costs; the debtor must pay if he is in default!
We also offer a full contract drafting service. No matter how simplistic the deal may be, if it is business, we honestly believe that you should protect yourself by having a sound agreement in place. We have, over several years, had occasion to act for numerous parties who have not had adequate agreements in place, and ultimately, we are then faced with the situation where the legal costs of defending a poor agreement outweigh the costs of having a sound agreement in place from the start.
Finally, we assist with Matrimonial matters, like a Divorces, Children’s Court matters or Maintenance, where we will strive to get the best possible result for you while guiding you and keeping you informed throughout the whole process to elevate the stress that the matters bring naturally to the fore.
Please feel free to contact us with any queries that you may have and we will endeavor to provide you with a solution most practical and cost efficient.
